Adam Maronde, performance manager at the Mayo Clinic, says a fresh home workout doesn’t necessarily require new equipment. Mr. Maronde thinks that small changes such as varying repetitions or adding isometric holds to your exercises may transform your old routine into a new one.
In a recent Wall Street Journal article, Mr. Maronde provides four separate workouts for the
- upper body
- lower body
- interval workout for cardio
You can perform these workouts throughout the week or combine them for a full-body workout.
